Have Your Say: Help Shape the Future of School Streets in Greenwich
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is inviting residents to take part in a consultation to help improve the borough’s School Streets programme. These schemes restrict motor traffic during drop-off and pick-up times, improving safety and air quality for children and families.
This is an important opportunity to support healthier streets and align with EGRA’s long-standing calls for:
Reduced pollution near schools
Safer walking and cycling routes
Promotion of clean, active travel
We encourage all residents to take part in the consultation and make their voices heard.
How to get involved:
📋 Complete the questionnaire by 5pm on 25 May at greenwichschoolstreets.commonplace.is
🏫 Attend on-street sessions with Council officers at school gates
💻 Join the online meeting on Thursday 22 May, 6–7pm
Let’s make Greenwich safer, greener, and healthier for our children.
